Great Oz Scapes offers Australia wide getaway packages including day tours, weekday and weekend getaways for groups, couples and families for all budgets.

Though all packages are based on 2 adults, we can assist with various bedding arrangements and special needs for all ages.

Purchasing a Package

All packages are sold and delivered in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months (unless otherwise stated). Though package inclusions may change online, you will be honoured your voucher until the time of expiry.
You can purchase either:-
1) Deposit Voucher – pay the indicated deposit amount and pay the balance on arrival.
2) Fully Paid Voucher – pay the full indicated price and only pay for additions on arrival such as mini-bar and other on-site charges that you have requested outside of the purchased package inclusions.
All vouchers are posted by Registered Post and incur a $3.50 Charge.  
Click on the “Buy Now” button for your chosen package and complete the online order form with credit card details.  

Once you have completed the purchase online, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
Great Oz Scapes will send your Package Voucher to the address that is listed on your order form by Registered Post.
It may take up to 3 working days for Australia Post to deliver your notification, and then you will have to sign for the voucher when you pick it up at the post office.

Alternatively, you may call the friendly staff at Great Oz Scapes and purchase over the phone using your credit card or we can arrange for you to make a direct deposit.

By calling us on 1800 55 49 48, we can check availability for your chosen package before you purchase, and we can also book your stay at this time if you wish.
Important notes!

• If your requested booking dates do not allow enough time for Great Oz Scapes to post a voucher, then package and booking details can be arranged via email.  On such occasions, the relevant property will be advised that there will be no voucher redeemed on arrival, however, you will have a confirmation email.
• Great Oz Scapes do not offer REFUNDS on vouchers.  See our terms and conditions.
• All vouchers are valid for 12 months and all stays must be held within that 12 month period.  
• All stays are subject to availability so we strongly suggest you make the booking within the first 2-3 months from purchase, however, your stay may obviously be at a later date.
• All vouchers can be passed-on and used by another person other than the purchaser.

Purchasing a Gift Voucher

You may wish to purchase a generic dollar value voucher as a gift for someone, allowing them to redeem it for whichever package they choose. Generic Gift Vouchers are a great way for you to reward your staff, they are perfect as Wedding Gifts, and are great for promotions and fundraisers.
Click on the Square blue button to the right on our home page “Click here to buy an Escape Gift Voucher”.  You can now enter all the details and can choose to receive the voucher via email if you wish.  (This option may be useful for last minute shopping and saves you $3.50 postage.)
Again, you can always call our office on 1800 55 49 48 during business hours and our friendly staff can take your payment over the phone.

Availability Checks Prior to Purchase

If you are interested in a particular package, you can select “CHECK DATES and complete a form to request an Availability Check.  We strongly suggest that you provide alternative dates in case your first option is not available.

Great Oz Scapes will then contact you with a response.  This will be done via email.  If you wish to move quickly to secure your preferred dates, it may be advisable to request that we call you, as availability may become void if there is a delayed response.  Enter this request in the “Special Requirements” field.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Great Oz Scapes will not book available dates until the package has been purchased and you have confirmed your requirements.

You Have a Voucher and Now Wish to Book

Deposit Vouchers

Make contact direct with the property to check availability and make the booking, making sure that you quote your Great Oz Scapes voucher number.  Your Great Oz Scapes voucher is your booking deposit, however, some properties do still require a credit card notation to secure the booking.
Upon arrival, you  pay the balance of the package, as noted on your Deposit Voucher, direct to the property.

Fully Paid vouchers

You must contact the friendly staff at Great Oz Scapes, on 1800 55 49 48.  They will contact the property to check availability, and then secure your booking.
You will be sent an email confirming your booking date and your voucher number, and asking you to make contact with the property for directions and to confirm estimated time of arrival, etc.
You will need to present your Fully Paid Voucher on arrival to the property.......and that is it!
You will only have to pay for extra’s incurred during your stay, which are not listed as inclusions on your voucher.

All Vouchers

You must use your Voucher before the expiry date which is stamped on the front.  This means that your ACTUAL STAY must take place before this date.
Therefore, we strongly suggest that you decide on a date, check availability and make a booking within the first 2-3 months of purchase or receipt of the voucher.  
Package Vouchers can be extended for a fee.  (Please see Voucher Terms and Conditions for information about Extending Vouchers)

How to redeem a Gift Voucher

You can check the balance and then redeem your Gift Voucher online, by using it to purchase a Deposit or Fully Paid voucher of your choice.
Click “Buy Now” on your chosen package.  On the order form there will be a field for you to type in your Gift Voucher Reference Number.
If your chosen package price is more than the balance of your Gift Voucher, you simply fill in your credit card details to pay the difference.
If your chosen package price is less than the balance of your Gift Voucher, the balance will remain on the voucher until the expiry date.
The balance can be used towards the purchase of another Deposit of Fully Paid voucher, up until the expiry date.
Extensions do not apply to generic dollar value Gift Vouchers.

Deposit versus Fully Paid

A Deposit Voucher simply means that you have secured your preferred package, price and inclusions, for a period of 12 months.  You will have the freedom to contact the property direct to check availability, make your booking and alter arrangements if need be.   Great Oz Scapes has no further commitment, and you must redeem the voucher and pay the balance of the package, which is clearly noted on your Deposit voucher, to the property on arrival.

A Fully Paid Voucher cannot be redeemed directly with the property.  The bearer must contact Great Oz Scapes who will then check availability and make your booking arrangements.  You must present your voucher to the property on arrival, and pay for any extra’s incurred during your stay, which are not included on the voucher. After you have checked out, the proprietor invoices Great Oz Scapes for the agreed cost of the Package.
